Step 1:
The initial step in our process is effective communication. By contacting and scheduling an appointment with me, I can gain a clear understanding of your specific needs and adequately prepare. This approach also enables customers to organize their schedules while their knives are being sharpened.

Step 2:
After establishing a drop-off day, we proceed to the next step: the actual drop-off. Please wrap your blades in a towel or something to keep it secure before arriving for drop-off. Upon arriving at the drop-off location (listed at the bottom of the site), the customer should:

Walk up to the front porch.

Locate the drop-off box.

Place their Contact Information AND item(s) to be sharpened in the box.
(Please keep in mind the possible presence of others' belongings in the box. Please do not touch things that do not belong to you unless necessary for organizing and making space)

NOTE: Drop-offs at the designated location are preferred. However, deliveries can be arranged under special conditions upon prior contact.

Step 3:
After the customer drops off their item(s), they will soon receive an estimated price and completion time for the sharpening service.
Unless otherwise instructed, please refrain from waiting at the family home during the service, as it may exceed the expected duration
(Please note that it is possible for multiple customer drop-offs around the same time-frame which could extend service time.)
Step 4:
Once the sharpening service has been completed, the customer will be contacted via text for payment details and pick-up.
